Thinking of returning an item?

At TOTELiO we have a very simple and fast returns service. If you change your mind regarding a product that you have ordered from us (Right for Withdrawal) or if you’ve noticed a damaged or defective product (DOA – Dead on arrival) in your order, you can return it to us.

RIGHT FOR WITHDRAWAL 

You have the right to return a product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. The return of the product is accepted only if the product is in its original condition, the packaging of the product has not been opened or unsealed, it is not soiled or altered, or is in a condition beyond its original one. In this case, the cost of returning the product is born by the customer and the charge for it is 5.00€*. (*only applies for addresses within Cyprus)

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (DOA - DEAD ON ARRIVAL)

In case of a damaged or defective product (DOA – Dead on arrival), you can return it back to us within seven (7) days, in order to be replaced by another one if available, or a new product of similar characteristics. In this case, the cost of returning the product is born by TOTELiO

WRONGLY DISPATCHED PRODUCT

In case any of the products you have received is the wrong one (i.e. it is not the one you have ordered) we will immediately replace it with the correct one without any charge to the customer. 

SIMPLE 3-STEP RETURNS PROCEDURE

In any of the above mentioned cases, it is necessary to contact us at [email protected]

After completing the electronic returns form, please place the packaged product in a larger box in order to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to us.

Once we have received the email, we will contact you in order to arrange the receipt of the parcel from your address and return to us.

In case of return of a product by the customer, the return is accepted by TOTELiO only if the product is in perfect condition, the packaging of the product has not been opened or unsealed, it is not soiled or altered, or is in a condition beyond its original one. 

In any of the above mentioned cases, it is necessary contact TOTELiO, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product.

TOTELiO does not accept, permit or have any liability for returns that are carried out beyond the fourteen (14) day time period from the date of the delivery of the product. 

In case of a damaged or defective product, it may be required that the product is sent directly to the manufacturer/supplier. TOTELiO does not have any liability for damaged or defective products or bad quality of products distributed. All products are received, packaged and sealed by the suppliers. Nevertheless, you reserve all rights mentioned above. 

If any product that does not comply with the above rules is returned to TOTELiO, then this product will be returned back to the customer, and the delivery costs will be charged to him. 

Product Guarantee: The guarantee of products that appear on the website of TOTELiO is the one that the manufacturer of each product determines. TOTELiO does not offer any additional guarantee, except for where it is mentioned differently.
